This E-liquid is 0mg nicotine, however by adding 2x 18mg nicotine shots (not included) it can easily be mixed to 3mg nicotine. You can adjust the thickness of the e-liquid slightly by adding different nic shots, for example, 100VG nic shots will make the liquid thicker, and 50VG shots will keep it the same.
