These Terms and Conditions apply when you use www.vapeandgo.co.uk or buy products from Vape and Go.
Please read these Terms before placing an order. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Returns Policy, our Shipping Policy, and any other policies linked on this website.
Vape and Go products are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Products sold on this website may contain nicotine, which is addictive. Vaping is not risk-free and should only be used by adults.

In these Terms:
- “Vape and Go”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean LOVE VAPING LTD trading as Vape and Go.
- “You” and “your” mean the customer using our website or placing an order.
- “Products” means goods sold on our website, including vape kits, pods, e-liquids, coils, tanks, batteries, chargers, disposable vape alternatives, accessories, and related products.
- “Website” means www.vapeandgo.co.uk.
2. Age restriction and age verification
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and buy products from Vape and Go.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are aged 18 or over;
- the information you provide is true, accurate and complete;
- you are buying products for your own lawful use or for another adult aged 18 or over;
- you will not supply products bought from Vape and Go to anyone under 18.
We carry out age verification checks at checkout. We may ask for information needed to confirm your age and identity.
If you fail age verification, we may refuse, cancel or refund your order. We may also cancel an order if we reasonably believe that products are being bought for, or on behalf of, someone under 18.
We may introduce additional age checks at delivery where required by law, courier process, or Vape and Go policy.
3. Product compliance and nicotine warning
Vape and Go sells vaping products for adult customers only.
Products sold on this website may contain nicotine, which is addictive. Nicotine products are not suitable for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, non-smokers, or people with certain medical conditions.
You should keep all vaping products, e-liquids, pods, batteries and accessories out of the reach of children and pets.
All nicotine-containing vaping products sold by Vape and Go are intended to comply with the UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR). Where those rules apply, nicotine e-liquids do not exceed a strength of 20 mg/ml, refill containers do not exceed 10 ml, tanks and pods do not exceed 2 ml capacity, and products have been notified to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) where notification is required.
Nothing on this website should be treated as medical advice. If you have questions about nicotine use, vaping, smoking, or your health, you should speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Website information and product descriptions
We aim to keep product information, prices, images, stock status, descriptions, flavour names, puff counts, specifications and delivery information accurate.
However, minor differences may occur between product images and the product you receive. Packaging, product names, flavour names, colours, batch details and manufacturer specifications may change.
Puff counts are manufacturer estimates only. Actual puff count may vary depending on usage style, puff duration, device settings, battery condition, storage conditions and other factors. We do not guarantee that a product will last for a specific number of puffs.
If you believe a product is genuinely faulty, please contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photo or video evidence where requested.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
We may send you an order acknowledgement by email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products or otherwise confirm acceptance. At that point, a contract is formed between you and Vape and Go.
We may refuse, cancel or limit an order before dispatch where we reasonably need to do so. This may include cases where:
- a product is out of stock;
- there is an error in price or product information;
- payment is refused or reversed;
- age verification is not completed;
- we suspect fraud, misuse, illegal activity, or underage purchase;
- the order appears to be for resale without permission;
- delivery to your address is not available;
- we are legally restricted from supplying the products.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any relevant delivery charge.
6. Prices and payment
Product prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Prices, promotions, discount codes and delivery charges may change at any time. Changes will not affect orders we have already accepted, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
We try to ensure that all prices are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we may contact you before dispatch. We may give you the option to buy the product at the correct price or cancel the affected part of your order.
If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.
You confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
Payment is subject to checks and authorisation by your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays or non-dispatch caused by failed payment checks or payment refusal.
7. UK delivery
We offer UK delivery using Royal Mail and DPD, subject to service availability and postcode restrictions.
Delivery times are estimates only. We aim to dispatch orders in line with the cut-off times shown below, but courier delays, bank holidays, weather, operational issues, remote locations and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 48:
- Free on orders over £35.
- £2.99 on orders under £35.
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- Dispatch cut-off: 8pm daily, where service is available.
Royal Mail Tracked 24:
- £2.99 flat fee.
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
- Dispatch cut-off: 8pm daily, where service is available.
Royal Mail Special Delivery / Next Day:
- £7.99.
- Monday to Friday service.
- Next working day delivery is subject to Royal Mail service availability and postcode restrictions.
- Dispatch cut-off: 4pm Monday to Friday.
DPD Mainland UK Next Day:
- £4.99.
- Monday to Friday service.
- Cut-off: 4pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.
DPD Weekend Delivery:
- £9.99.
- Saturday delivery: order before Friday 4pm.
- Sunday delivery: order before Saturday 12pm.
DPD is not available to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. Orders to these areas are sent by Royal Mail instead.
Delivery estimates
Orders placed before the relevant cut-off time are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time may be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may be prepared for dispatch but may not enter the courier network until the next working day.
We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we will help you investigate delayed, missing or damaged parcels where possible.
8. Delivery address, missed delivery and safe place requests
You are responsible for providing a full, accurate and deliverable address.
We are not responsible for failed delivery where the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete.
If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, non-collection, or another issue outside our control, we may charge you for redelivery or deduct reasonable delivery costs from any refund.
If you ask a courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in another location, please choose somewhere secure. Where a parcel is lost or damaged after being left in line with your instructions, we may not always be able to offer a refund or replacement, and we will look at each case individually.
9. Lost, delayed, damaged or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact [email protected] with your order number.
We may ask you to allow time for the courier to investigate before we can refund or resend the order.
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, and in any event within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photos or videos where requested. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty.
We may not be able to help if a delivery issue is reported too late or if evidence is not provided.
10. International delivery
Vape and Go offers international delivery to many countries, but restrictions apply.
International delivery costs:
- Europe: £15.99 flat fee.
- Outside Europe: £24.99 flat fee.
Estimated international delivery time is 7–21 working days, depending on destination, courier availability, customs process and local delivery conditions.
In some cases, extra courier charges may apply because of order size, weight or destination. If this happens, our team will contact you before dispatch. If you do not wish to continue after being told about extra charges, you may cancel the order for a refund before dispatch.
We do not ship to:
- USA
- Canada
- India
This list may change at any time because of local laws, courier restrictions or business policy.
You are responsible for checking whether vaping products, nicotine products, e-liquids, batteries, disposable vape alternatives, prefilled pods and accessories are legal in your country before ordering.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, handling fees or other charges that apply in your destination country.
We are not responsible if your order is delayed, opened, inspected, blocked, seized, destroyed, returned, or refused by customs or local authorities because of local laws or import restrictions. If your shipment is blocked or seized by customs, no refund or replacement will be issued.
11. Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you want to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact [email protected] as quickly as possible.
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order before dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process.
12. Change-of-mind returns
You may return eligible unwanted products if they meet our returns conditions.
You can return most eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Separately, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel most online or telephone orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, and a further 14 days to return them. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to, and does not reduce, these statutory rights.
Returned products must be:
- unopened;
- unused;
- sealed, where supplied sealed;
- in their original packaging;
- complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, labels and inserts;
- in resalable condition.
You must contact [email protected] before sending any return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Once we confirm that your item is eligible, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted products or change-of-mind returns, unless we agree otherwise.
You should use a tracked postal service. For items worth over £50, we recommend using tracked and insured postage. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit when you arrange the return.
13. Products excluded from change-of-mind returns
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, some products cannot be returned if opened, used, unsealed, activated, filled, partially used, or not in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to:
- opened e-liquids;
- opened disposable vape alternatives;
- opened prefilled pods;
- opened refill pods;
- opened vape kits;
- opened coils;
- opened tanks;
- opened drip tips or mouthpieces;
- any product sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- any item not in resalable condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
We do not accept returns because you do not like the taste, flavour, sensation, throat hit, vapour production or strength of a product, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
14. E-liquid returns
E-liquids cannot be returned once opened or used, for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Sealed, unopened e-liquids may only be returned if we sent you the wrong item or the product is faulty.
If we send you the wrong e-liquid, please contact [email protected] with your order number and evidence of the issue. Do not dispose of the item until we have reviewed your case.
15. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it. Email [email protected] or submit a ticket through our Contact Us form.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos or videos showing the fault, damage, incorrect item, batch details, or packaging where requested.
If your item is within 30 days of purchase and you believe it is faulty, we may ask for a video showing the fault before approving the return. This 30-day period reflects your short-term right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Only return the item once we have authorised the return. Returns must be logged through our support process. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
If the product is confirmed as faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect because of our error, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the product, issue and legal requirements.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage where we have approved the return and provided a prepaid return label or alternative return instructions.
16. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
We aim to process approved refunds within 3 to 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Once processed, the refund may take 1–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except that where you cancel under your statutory cancellation rights we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offer; any extra paid for upgraded or express delivery is non-refundable. Where a return is due to our error or a faulty item, we will refund delivery in full.
17. Product warranty
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty or Vape and Go warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product type. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Mods, batteries and chargers carry a 1-month guarantee (life expectancy 3–6 months). Tanks, atomizers and coils are covered for dead-on-arrival faults only — you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. E-liquids, drip tips and disposable products are not covered, except where we sent the wrong item or it is faulty. Clearance and sale items are sold as seen. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- misuse;
- accidental damage;
- water damage;
- exposure to heat, cold or direct sunlight;
- incorrect charging;
- use with incompatible parts, pods, coils, tanks, chargers or e-liquids;
- wear and tear;
- failure to follow product instructions;
- modification or attempted repair;
- damage after delivery;
- loss of flavour, taste preference, or normal coil degradation;
- short puff life where no product fault can be verified.
We may need to inspect or test returned products before confirming whether they are faulty. If a returned item is found not to be faulty, we may return it to you and may ask you to cover reasonable return delivery costs.
18. Puff count, battery life and flavour
Puff counts are estimates provided by manufacturers. They are not guaranteed. Actual puff count can vary depending on:
- puff length;
- puff frequency;
- storage conditions;
- battery charge;
- device settings;
- coil type;
- airflow;
- temperature;
- how the product is used.
We do not offer refunds or replacements only because a product did not last as long as expected, unless we can verify that the product is genuinely faulty.
Taste is subjective. We do not offer refunds or replacements because you do not like a flavour, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
19. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate account, order, delivery and payment information;
- update us promptly if your information changes;
- use products lawfully and responsibly;
- follow product instructions and safety guidance;
- keep products away from children and pets;
- check compatibility before buying pods, coils, tanks, chargers, batteries, e-liquids or accessories;
- check that vaping products are legal in your country before ordering internationally;
- not misuse the website;
- not attempt to buy products if you are under 18;
- not buy products for anyone under 18.
We are not responsible for compatibility issues where the product page, manufacturer information, or packaging makes compatibility clear and the wrong item has been ordered.
20. Battery safety and product use
Some products contain lithium-ion batteries or are designed for use with batteries. You must follow all product safety instructions. You should:
- use only compatible chargers and charging cables;
- avoid charging devices overnight or unattended;
- keep devices and batteries away from water, heat, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures;
- stop using damaged, leaking, swollen or overheating batteries;
- avoid carrying loose batteries in pockets or bags with keys, coins or metal objects;
- use suitable battery cases for loose batteries;
- avoid using damaged devices, pods, tanks, coils or chargers;
- dispose of batteries responsibly.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect charging, incompatible accessories, or failure to follow product safety guidance.
21. Recycling and disposal
You should recycle vaping products responsibly. Where possible:
- recycle e-liquid bottles, caps, nibs and packaging through suitable recycling routes;
- dispose of batteries only in designated battery recycling bins;
- recycle paper and cardboard packaging with paper waste;
- separate glass, plastic and metal parts where safe and practical;
- do not place batteries in general household waste.

22. Privacy and personal data
We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy before using the website or placing an order. We may process personal information for reasons including:
- account creation;
- order processing;
- delivery;
- payment checks;

24. Promotions, discount codes and offers

- there is suspected fraud or misuse;
- a technical error has occurred;

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

Brand names, product names and manufacturer trademarks belong to their respective owners.
27. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
These Terms are written for consumers — individuals buying for their own personal use. If you buy in the course of a business, some consumer protections may not apply to you, and our liability to you for business losses is excluded as set out below.
We are not responsible for:
- losses that were not reasonably foreseeable;
- losses caused by your misuse of products;
- losses caused by your failure to follow product instructions;
- losses caused by incorrect information supplied by you;
- courier delays outside our control;
- customs delays, seizure or import restrictions for international orders;
- business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
If you buy in the course of a business, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include:

- war, terrorism or civil disorder;

If an event outside our control affects your order, we will contact you where possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay.

These Terms are between you and Vape and Go. No other person has rights to enforce these Terms, except where the law allows otherwise.
34. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in respect of these Terms in the courts of your home nation; otherwise the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the place where you live.
