The Vaporesso GTX coils offer a versatile selection of cross-compatible replacement coils, perfect for popular vape kits like the Vaporesso Luxe X Kit, Luxe XR Max, and Gen PT80 S. Available in a variety of resistances, these coils are designed to deliver MTL (Mouth To Lung), RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung), and DTL (Direct To Lung) vaping experiences. The GTX mesh coils are ideal for those looking to switch between vaping styles or experiment with different levels of vapour production without changing their kit.
Key Features of Vaporesso GTX Coils
- Sub Ohm & MTL Coils: Cater to both mouth-to-lung and direct-to-lung vaping styles.
- Cross-Compatible: Work with a wide range of Vaporesso vape kits.
- Mesh Coils: Specially designed mesh build for faster heating and enhanced flavour.
- Versatile Vaping: Suitable for DTL, RDTL, and MTL vaping experiences.
- Compatible with High VG & PG E-Liquids: Use with both high VG and PG e-liquids for optimal performance.
Each GTX coil features a mesh build that heats more e-liquid at a faster rate, boosting the flavour of your vape. For coils with a resistance of 1.0 Ohm or higher, we recommend using a 50/50 or high PG e-liquid. Coils below 1.0 Ohm work best with high VG e-liquids containing at least 70% VG.

- 0.4 Ohm Coil (26-32W): Compatible with the same kits as the 0.3 Ohm coil.
- 0.6 Ohm Coil (20-30W): Compatible with the same kits as the 0.3 Ohm coil.
- 0.8 Ohm Coil (8-12W): Compatible with the same kits as the 0.3 Ohm coil.
- 1.2 Ohm Coil (7-11W): Compatible with the same kits as the 0.3 Ohm coil.
Important Information on Sub Ohm Vaping
Sub ohm coils (below 1.0 Ohm) are recommended for advanced vapers as they require more power to function properly, provided by advanced vape kits. These coils create larger amounts of vapour, so we recommend using e-liquids that are 60% VG or higher for sub-ohm coils and 50% VG or lower for the 1.2 Ohm coil. Due to the increased vapour production, we advise against using e-liquids with nicotine strengths higher than 6mg.

Which coils are best for mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping?
In general, coils with higher resistances, such as the 1.2Ω GTX Regular and the 1.2 Ω GTX Mesh, are best for MTL vaping.
Which coils are best for restricted direct-lung (RDL) vaping?
The 0.8Ω GTX Mesh: 12 - 20 Watts and 0.6Ω GTX Mesh: 20 - 30 Watts are best for restricted direct-lung vaping.
Which coils are best for direct-lung (DL) vaping?
Lower resistance mesh coils, such as the 0.2Ω GTX Mesh, offer better vapour production, making them more suitable for DL vaping.
How long do GTX coils last?
Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for and the wattage you use your coil at. You can extend coil life by priming the coil before usage (see product care), and by topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out. With care, most coils will last anything from a few days to several weeks. Please note: Vaporesso is currently redesigning their GTX coil range to include new ‘triple silicone’ technology - including three silicone rings at the base and head of the coils to make them more leakproof.
